Pakdhebengal.com, Baru baru ini saya mendapat servicesan printer epson L565 dengan kasus yang dikeluhkan pemilik printernya sebagai berikit. Printer ketika dipakai atau diperintah print bisa dan lanncar tanpa macet atau error, tapi terkadang saat proses print berjalan beberapa kali kertasnya masuk tapi langsung loss bablas keluar. Katakan kita perintah print 7 lembar / halaman maka di lembar tertentu kertas akan masuk tapi tidak terproses printnya dan lembar berikutnya baru normal print lagi.

Penyebab Printer Epson L565 Buat Print Kertasnya Loss Langsung Bablas Keluar:

1. Sensor kertas / tuas sensor kertas bermasalah.
2. Per di tuas sensor kertas lepas atau sudah tidak stabil.
3. Pada printer A3 sensor PW bermasalah atau rusak.
4. Printer pernah dibongkar dan pemasangan mainboard nya tidak pas di dudukannya, sehingga tuas sensor kertas tidak terbaca penuh di pembaca sensor yang ada di mainboardnya.
5. Sensor kertas kotor oleh debu atau kotoran lainnya.

Setelah saya bongkar printernya dan saya amati satu satu Dari beberapa penyebab diatas ternyata printer yang saya tangani ini masalahnya pada poin 4 yaitu: Printer pernah dibongkar dan pemasangan mainboard nya tidak pas di dudukannya, sehingga tuas sensor kertas tidak terbaca penuh di pembaca sensor yang ada di mainboardnya. Alhamdulillah setelah saya betulkan printer bisa normal kembali dan saya buat print banyakpun tidak loss lagi kertasnya.

Handling the Epson L565 Printer Makes Print Sometimes the Paper Immediately Returns Out | Applies to All Epson Printers

Pakdhebengal.com, I recently received a service for an Epson L565 printer with the following cases that the printer owner complained about. The printer when used or ordered to print can run smoothly without jams or errors, but sometimes when the print process runs several times the paper enters but the loss immediately comes out. Say we command print 7 sheets / page, then on certain sheets the paper will enter but the print will not be processed and the next sheet will just print normally again.

Causes of the Epson L565 Printer Make Print Paper Loss Directly Return Out:

1. Paper sensor / paper sensor lever is problematic.
2. The spring on the paper sensor lever is loose or has become unstable.
3. On the A3 printer the PW sensor is problematic or damaged.
4. The printer was disassembled and the mainboard did not fit properly in the holder, so the paper sensor lever was not fully read in the sensor reader on the mainboard.
5. The paper sensor is dirty with dust or other debris.

After I disassembled the printer and I observed one by one From the several causes above, it turns out that the printer that I am working on has the problem at point 4, namely: The printer was disassembled and the mainboard installation did not fit in the holder, so the paper sensor lever was not fully read in the sensor reader on the the mainboard. Thank God, after I corrected the printer, it was back to normal and I made a lot of printing, and the paper didn't lose any more.
