Di tutorial kali ini saya memakai Printer Epson L3110 sebagai contoh kasus. Dan tutorial ini bisa diterapkan pada printer epson seri lainnya. Kemarin ada pelanggan service printer datang dan membawa Printer Epson L3110 ketempat saya dengan keluhan hasilnya putus putus. Saya lihat Printer Epson L3110 tersebut masih nampak baru. Ok langsung saja kita bahas permasalahannya dan cara mengatasinya.
Penyebab Printer Epson L1110 L3110 L3150 Hasil Print Putus Putus Tidak Normal:
Printer Epson hasil printnya tidak normal / bergaris putus putus atapun tintanya tidak keluar penyebabnya macam macam, diantaranya:
- Head print mengalami kebuntuan ringan.
- Head print mengalami kebuntuan yang berat / berkerak di lubang nozzlenya.
- Pada lubang nozzle head print terdapat gelembung udara / ngangin.
- Tinta terlambat refillnya / suply tinta dari tabung ke catridge telat / tidak stabil.
- Sirkulasi aliran tinta dari tabung ke catridge lalu ke head tidak lancar.
- Kabel flexi head mengalami kerusakan.
- Fuse sekring di board nya rusak / mati.
Dari beberapa penyebab diatas kita akan membahas penyebab dan penanganan dari poin nomer: 1, 3 dan 4. Karena tiga poin tersebut bisa dilakukan penangannannya oleh orang umum non teknisi, sedang poin lainnya sebaiknya diserahkan / dibawa ke tempat teknisi yang berpengalaman. Tapi tidak ada salahnya anda mencoba memakai cara penanganan dasar yang akan saya sampaikan ini, siapa tau masih bisa tertolong.
Solusi Mengatasi Printer Epson L1110 L3110 L3150 Hasil Print Putus Putus Tidak Normal.
- Buka driver printer yang sudah terinstal di komputer ( device Printers and Faxes )
- Klik kanan drivernya lalu klik properties / printer preverences.
- Lalu klik pemeliharaan / maintenance. Maka akan banyak muncul menu pemeliharaan.
- KLik pemeriksaan nosel / nozzle check untuk mengetahui kondisi head tiap warna.
- Kalau hasil print nozzle check nya tidak normal / putus putus lakukan langkah berikutnya
- Pembersihan head / head cleaning: proses head clean dengan kekuatan sedang
- Pembersihan bertenaga / power ink flushing: proses head cleaning dengan kekuatan penuh.
Tunggu sampai proses selesai. Setelah proses selesai biarkan / diamkan dulu 5 menit keatas. Setelah di diamkan 5 menit keatas baru check nozzle lagi / pemeriksaan nosel. Kalau masih ada yang putus garis nozzle nya lakukan proses di atas beberapa kali. Kalau sudah dilakukan 3 kali lebih tidak ada perubahan sebaiknya dibawa ketempat teknisi printer.

Yesterday a printer service customer came and brought the Epson L3110 printer to my place with a complaint that the results were broken. I see the Epson L3110 printer still looks new. Ok, let's just discuss the problem and how to solve it.
Causes of the Epson L1110 L3110 L3150 Printer The Result of Disconnected Prints is Abnormal:
Epson printers do not print normally / dotted lines or the ink does not come out for various reasons, including:
1. The print head has a mild deadlock.
2. The print head has a heavy / crusty blockage in the nozzle hole.
3. There are air bubbles in the print head nozzle hole.
4. The ink refill is late / the ink supply from the tube to the cartridge is late / unstable.
5. Circulation of the ink flow from the tube to the cartridge and then to the head is not smooth.
6. The flexi head cable is damaged.
7. Fuse fuse on the board is damaged / dead.

The Epson L3110 printer has abnormal printouts and breaks with the cause of points 1,3 and 4, which can be handled in the following way.
1. Open the printer driver that is already installed on the computer (Printers and Faxes device)
2. Right click the driver and then click properties / printer preferences.
3. Then click maintenance / maintenance. Then a lot of maintenance menus will appear.
4. Click the nozzle check to find out the condition of the head for each color.
5. If the print nozzle check results are not normal / break up, do the next step
6. Head cleaning / head cleaning: head clean process with medium strength
7. Power cleaning / power ink flushing: head cleaning process at full power.
